MVA Announces a New Director of Communications

The Academy is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Kesselring as the Director of Communications. Prior to her arrival at Montverde Academy, Ashley served as a Public Relations and Marketing Intern for Salem National Lease and Salem Carriers in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

In 2018, Ashley was appointed to the position of Social Media and Engagement Coordinator at Montverde Academy, overseeing the 25 social media accounts that include the Montverde Academy brand. During the 2018-2019 school year, she also managed communications for the Soccer Institute at Montverde Academy (SIMA). Under her leadership, social media engagement has increased by more than 35% and follower counts by more than 10,000. As the Director of Communications, Ashley will oversee the strategic communications plan for the Academy including the publication of The Tower magazine, and work collaboratively with the marketing department to advance the message and brand of Montverde Academy.

Ashley holds a bachelor of arts degree in communications with a concentration in public relations from Berry College and will complete a graduate degree in strategic communications and public relations from Purdue University in December 2021.
