After much training in the off season, Montverde Academy Girls Varsity Volleyball players hitting the ground running towards their goal of a deep run in the post-season under 2nd year MVA Girls Varsity Volleyball Head Coach Mrs. Rachel Adams. Coach Adams was recently featured by Central Florida’s Daily Commercial. In the article, Coach Adams stated “As an assistant coach I really learned what went into coaching,” Adams said. “To my surprise, as someone who had always been a player, 99 percent of what went into coaching had nothing to do with what happened on the court.
